We’re all busy and have a lot on our plates. That’s why I work flexibly. I’ll make each session work for you, while you play your essential part too.
Unusually for therapy, I encourage my clients to stay in touch between sessions to share breakthroughs and celebrate wins, making motivation much easier and accountability feel really positive.
For trauma therapy, I know you’ll need to feel safe and stable, so we’ll start with weekly sessions - or more, if you’d like to get out the other side ASAP with “Intensive EMDR”.
For other aims, you can book sessions of any length, style and frequency.

◆ My fee is flexible according to the type of session you’d like to book.

1. Online session fees
50 minutes: £150
60 minutes: £180
If you’d like more time you can choose:
70 minutes: £210
90 minutes: £270
2. Phone session fees
£25 off online fees for every session.
50 minutes: £125
60 minutes: £155
For longer phone sessions:
70 minutes: £185
90 minutes: £245
This offer is for you to try out at least one phone session, so you can experiment with practical ways to regulate while we talk, such as sitting in the sun, movement or creativity.
One phone session makes it easy for you to split it into two parts. This could be so you can simply reflect over a cuppa. Or, do something you’ve been avoiding with my support! We’ll prepare you and then give a hearty cheer after its DONE.

3. Focused shorter catch up calls
Once we’re working together, shorter calls maintain momentum in key progress areas.
20 minutes: £50
30 minutes: £75
4. In-person sessions – a space to deeply reflect
60 – 90 minutes: £180 – £270
Day retreats: £450 – £900
Monthly walk and talk therapy or coaching in Regents Park or Kensington Gardens. Or, uplifting Ecotherapy in GL6/GL7 in beautiful nature spots in between Stroud and Cirencester.

Some people choose a focused run of sessions more than once a week - even daily, to quickly achieve a key target such as:
◆ Feeling centred and prepared ahead of a looming deadline, exam, occasion or operation
◆ Regaining energy or confidence during or after time away from work.
◆ Processing trauma safely and effectively through Intensive EMDR.
◆ Overcoming public speaking anxiety with intensive EMDR in good time before interview or presentation.
