Teamwork that steadies you and a journey that transforms your life

Working with me will feel collaborative and connecting. This will enhance the nervous system’s remarkable capacity for healing and growth when the right conditions are created.

Rather than viewing you as “needing to be fixed”, and me “providing the goods” we’ll work together as two thoughtful people who’re both bringing insight from our life experience, intuition and open-minded participation with each other.

Whatever your priorities, I will help you create meaningful, lasting change within yourself, your relationships and the wider shape of your life.

A STEADY STEP BY STEP PROCESS

A journey that empowers you

I’ve learned that real change is typically built tweak by tweak, in ways that genuinely fit your life. If things already feel too intense, rest assured, I will help you make transformative shifts that feel steadying.

Enabling our nervous system to recode our experiences is more effectively done when we get centred and grounded first. I will help you do this. Even healing from trauma doesn’t have to be overwhelming.

The approaches I’ve trained in like EMDR, FAP, Compassion Focused Therapy, CBT, IFS Acceptance and Commitment Therapy or AEDP are about building people up, not leaving people shaky.

Let’s get the comfy trousers and practical shoes on and walk through it together. At a considered and empowering pace.

Four steps from struggle to strength

Your healing and growth path might focus more on recovery, building confidence and self-trust, improving relationships and communication, or navigating career and life transitions with greater clarity and steadiness.

Whatever feels most important for you right now, our work together will be guided by the following four steps:

1. Create a holistic insight map and a constructive path forward.

2. Apply practical strategies for more stability, resilience and active progression.

3. Use transformative therapies to shift deeper patterns and embed new templates.

4. Build in sustainable skills, strategies and habits for long term success.

STEP 1:

Create a map and path forward

We’ll look at what’s shaped you, past and present, and what you want life to feel like going forwards.

Together, we’ll consider your needs as a rounded person, create a values-based vision for your future to inspire your growth, while staying focused on what matters most right now.

We will consider your overarching pathway as well as specific practical steps that are doable and motivating for you, to go from where you are now to where you want to get to.

We will then look at what internal and external obstacles are hindering you that we can either actively remove or creatively work around.

This sets us up to get moving in the best direction.

STEP 2:

Build your balance, resilience, momentum, strength

The ideas you’re thinking about won’t just stay at the level of talk. Let’s get going in grounded ways that build your strength and nervous system regulation.

Together, we’ll look for realistic ways for you to move forward from stuck places and create meaningful momentum between sessions.

I’ll help you make doable tweaks in practical ways that fit your life and the challenges you’re facing.

This is about restoring faith in yourself to go past avoidance and make change happen in energising ways.

STEP 3:

Shift deeper patterns, create new templates

We will draw on relevant therapies - and coaching - to unlock and boost the deeper changes you want to make. Some approaches such as EMDR, CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy may already be informing our work, but now, as we take further steps, this is about helping you heal, grow and flourish more profoundly.

The aim is to help you address root causes, move beyond old fear, stress or stuck patterns while building the confidence, skills and self-trust to make healthy transformations at core structural level.

We will embed freshly updated templates in your body-mind-brain to encode healthy new patterns you can draw on and integrate into your life.

STEP 4:

Build in habits and strategies for long term success

Together, we’ll strengthen the sustainable habits that help meaningful change to actually stick.

I will help you properly embed ways of thinking, responding and caring for yourself that support you in the long term.

We’ll create a clear playbook so you’re better equipped not just for now, but also for what life brings going forward.

How teamwork will consistently feel

1. Compassionate and steadying

We all need someone in our corner at times. If life feels heavy, or overwhelming right now, bring it here. I’ll meet you with steadiness, warmth and humanity. Some strengthening chuckles along the way are highly likely too.

2. Attentive and guiding

Having someone alongside you who genuinely sees your uniqueness can make a huge difference when life feels exhausting or off track. Together, we’ll build on the micro and macro shifts that help confidence and self-trust grow with momentum.

3. Empowering and skill-building

Life is inevitably up and down for all of us.

A mature response is building the courage, wisdom and practical self-leadership that enables you to navigate more steadily. I’ll help build your skills and resilience so you don’t disappear into autopilot or another Netflix binge!

A SAFE SPACE TO EXPERIMENT

A place to practice real connection

I’d love you to see our connection as a safe place to experiment with new ways of relating - building more ease, courage and self-trust in how you communicate with others.

Together, we can practice:

Asking the awkward-but-important questions and being clearer about what you want

Saying “I don’t understand”, “slow down”, “pause” or “no” without apology

Sharing your boundaries, truths, strengths and vulnerabilities more openly

Giving and receiving appreciation, empathy and growth-oriented feedback

Moving beyond stress, drama or over-functioning and giving yourself more rest, pleasure and genuine connection
